This was a random idea that spawned as I played through Pokemon LG when I got my Cubone in the Pokemon Tower.
I basically took a few ideas from different outfits that Lady Gaga has worn in her videos and appearances and threw them into the design, if you like, please comment, but it's not like a necessity~!
