Changed the main file over to NPC so I can still do NPC things.
Yep, I'm attempting to join
And I'm loving my character for this one. His desiiiign.
Anyway, only profily things.
--To be blunt, Dayton is a piece of trash. He's rude and inconsiderate, just your common run of the mill asshole. But even he isn't without his soft spots; things like cute Pokemon and some types of art. He absolutely loves all things checkered and as such is pretty good at various games like Chess. Dayton is actually far from dumb, he just likes acting like a delinquent.
--Dayton grew up with his parents in the harsh inner areas of Black City. He knew from an early age that he would have to keep most things he liked hidden and tucked away so he wouldn't be made fun of, though it didn't help much in various grades when he would get picked on for being scrawny. Everything changed when his mother returned from work one day suggesting he start schooling in Nimbasa City, only a subway ride away. Dayton tried to make himself seem like he wanted to stay in Black City but was infinitely curious about the Nimbasa school.
--It didn't take long for him to get the nickname "The Delinquent" from teachers and students alike, after word got out on where he was from and what everyone expected of someone from the area. Most of the time, he aced his classes, and stayed out of trouble because the tougher students feared him due to his Black City heritage. School from there on out was mostly quiet and uneventful, he landed a job working on the Battle Subway for his final year and he'd made plenty of back alley 'friends' to keep his reputation going. This also began his Pokemon training career.
--He hadn't put much thought into training Pokemon, but it really interested him the more he watched the recorded battles, especially those of Ingo and Emmet. Soon, after work every day he would race off, to find another Pokemon to catch. He caught many, but only kept a few with him at all times to train, mainly his Dusclops and Arbok who he'd had the longest.
--Leaving from the subway one day, he noticed a poster attached to a light post advertizing a competition, "On a floating city?" He kept reading to find the best words on the poster 'Cash Prize and a Gift'. He chuckled with a grin and made his way to the very next sign up.POKEMON

--Being Dayton's first Pokemon, Ecto understands the meaning of rough and tumble. She knows how to throw down and becomes relentless after a long enough time in a battle, showing little restraint in her attacks. She's got attitude for days and doesn't care how she's viewed by others. She's respectful of stronger Pokemon and to those who have showed true kindness to her.
--Arbok || #023
--Sabo, short for Sabont, loves his space. He's a lone wolf of sorts and doesn't enjoy working with others, even if it's in his favor. It is, in fact, what lead him to being captured by Dayton. He can tolerate others so long as they aren't bothering him and might even seem content in a crowd, assuming there will be no annoyances. He used to be standoffish, but thanks to Dayton's Battle Subway training, he's become much quicker to commands then before.

--Mont, or Monty, is quite the finicky Pokemon. He's obnoxious and annoying, however he's young and very indecisive. Were it not for his desire to be a follower of Ecto, he would probably not have ended up traveling with Dayton. He's still unsure of his trainer, but he'll listen nevertheless out of fear of Ecto.
