From a personal prospective, I feel like you could have had less red. The boots, I think. Yes. Those. But the rest of the pants, I think could've been black. It just seems a bit too far to go with the red. Also, that shade is a bit of an eyesore when put next to that shade of green from an aesthetic point.
On that note, I like the cape and I like the design from the waist up. He's a little too... well... moe-ish for me, but that can't be helped. Regardless, I mean, it's your drawing.
Anyway, hope I helped... somehow?
